In Puerto Vallarta I convinvced John to do an excursion called "Salsa & Salsa".  We learned how to make 7 different salsa (and guacamole) & learned how to salsa dance.  We also had quesadillas, tortilla chips & strawberry margaritas (virgin for us)

All of our ingredients set out on the table for us
This fun room was right on the beach

We sure had fun wearing the chef hats and aprons

Ziplining in Puerto Vallarta.  My mom graciously watched Brynlee for us again for a few hours.  The ziplining location was up in the mountains and took a while to get there.  The information we got said it was up high in the mountains and could get cold so to bring a jacket.  So I brought a jacket in the backpack and wore several layers of clothes (underwear, jeans, and 2 shirts).  What a huge mistake!!  It was very hot and humid and sunny and we had to hike to every single zipline (there were around 14).  I thought we would be going on 1 line back and forth.  I had no idea there were so many ziplines.  I was sweating so much I could barely move because my clothes were sticking to my skin.  It was awful.  And we had no water because where would you put it?  There was water about midway for us.  We were told not to bring our camera, so we didn't.  They took tons of pictures of us, but forgot to remind to look at them and buy them at the end.  I was a little disappointed.

We were with a huge family group that was really annoying.  There were 2-3 people in the group who were scared to death to go on the zipline and others who were complaining the whole time about having to hike.  It's true they didn't tell us we would have to hike at all, but scared of the zipline?  What were they thinking?  It added tons of extra time waiting for them.

Our instructors were awesome.  I was scared just because I have taken care of too many people in the hospital after injuries from ziplining.   It was nervewracking being hundreds of feet up in the air going 30 mph.  But it was beautiful being in the mountains and going so fast helped to cool me down for a few seconds.

Getting suited up with harnesses and helmets

We treated ourselves to a mango drink after our ziplining.  It was good :)

Driving through Puerto Vallarta back to the cruise

The pool on the cruise ship.  The retractable roof was on this day because of rain.

The lobby and glass elevators

The waterslide.  I'm sorry to say we never went on it.

John's "meat platter".  Every night he ordered several meals without the sides so the waiter would just ask if he wanted the meat platter.  He would usually have a steak or 2, fried chicken, filet mignon, etc.
Some of the meals were weird, but the majority of food in the dining room was really good.  One night I had the best steak I've ever had in my life.  I don't know that anything can ever top it.
Brynlee's lamb posed with the towel frog.

My mom's balcony room.  We only had an inside cabin so it was nice to see some daylight every once in a while.

The best dessert ever- molten chocolate cake with a side of vanilla ice cream.  I got one almost every single night and Brynlee loved it too.  Gotta love that chocolate-smile

The 3 male waiters & 2 female waitresses that were by our table loooooved Brynlee.  As in fight over her if she would let them hold her.  They would do anything for her.  Usually my mom waited with Brynlee in the room until the food was ready because Brynlee can't wait that long.  So they didn't get to see her much, but they loved seeing her everyday.

Blurry, but the pizza we ordered for Brynlee most nights.  She loved it.

I wish I could remember their names (I don't think I could pronounce them anyway), but I don't.  The rest of the pictures are of our waiters that we had in the dining room the whole week.  They were so good to us and were like family at the end of the week.
