There have been so many funny things lately that Brynlee is doing. I just had to take some time to write them down.
The last couple of days she has been very talkative, coming up with new words. So tonight we were giving her tons of words for her to say. She copied every one of them. My favorite was "wuv woo" for "Love you". I almost cried.
John tried to get her to say "drink". So she said "milk". Silly daddy, she always knows what she wants.
She loves stuffed animals so much. She has her lamb and baby she sleeps with, but lately she wants more. Tonight she was laying in bed holding 6 different animals in her arms. So cute!
There is a 1-2 foot space between the side of her crib and the wall. Last night she walked in there and called it her "house". Now she loves to play in there.
Anytime she sees anything not in perfect order, such as her toys on the floor, an empty lot with weeds and rocks, a picture of a pigpen in her books- she says "mess". Half the time she says "messy, messy".
One day last week I gave her some books in her crib first thing in the morning. She started saying a new word and I couldn't figure out what it was until she started pointing to the pig in her book. She was saying "oink oink".
In the morning when I go in her room, her first words are either book, milk, or banana. She loves it when we give her a pile of books to look at in her crib. Sometimes she won't get out of bed if we don't let her look at books first. She is excited to get out of the crib if I tell her that she can have a banana or milk because she is only allowed bananas once a day and milk morning and night.
For about a month, when we said to Brynlee, "Do you love mommy?" or "Do you love Daddy?" she would always yell out "NO". I'm pretty sure she kept saying it because she would get a reaction out of us. Just this week she finally started saying "Yes" to the question.
For some reason her "Yes" is the cutest thing ever. Just the way her voice sounds and its like there is a question mark at the end makes it so cute.
Today she started saying "E F G". So if I say A B C D she will finish with E F G. I have a shirt that says "Paris" on it and for a month or so anytime she sees it she starts saying letters (not in any particular order) such E O. But very different from EIEIO which she still says all the time.
Brynlee is obsessed with "shows". She wants to watch shows all the time. I don't even know where she learned that from.
She is still obsessed with Elmo and all Sesame Street. She loves to say "Abby", but doesn't really care when Abby is on the show. She just likes to say "Elmo & Abby".
Also still obsessed with animals and Wheels on the Bus.
I'm sure I will think of more later....
