Grandma Miller had a treasure hunt for the grandkids on Saturday and each got a bag of goodies.
Late Sunday morning I finally got around to putting the kids Easter baskets together. We didn't go to church (sad) and Brynlee didn't get an Easter dress this year (she didn't need one), so there are no typical Easter dressed up pictures for us. The picture above is me trying to capture Brynlee's "excited" face when she saw the princess glow stick.
Brynlee got a new coloring book with glitter glue sticks, sidewalk chalk and bubbles, a Leapfrog letter DVD, sand bucket, and M&Ms.
Bentley got a swimsuit and puffs which he will eat in a few months.
Brynlee also had an Easter egg hunt at my mom's house courtesy of Michael and Hayley putting it together. I didn't get any pictures, but at least Brynlee was excited and actually picked up the eggs without crying!
This Easter was a total bust. We didn't go to church because of the new baby and John being really sick. Bentley cried off and on ALL DAY! He had never acted like that before. He wouldn't sleep, just cry. I was crying too after a while. Hopefully next year will be better!
