The one and only picture of our weekend!
The only reason I take a picture at all is because we have an anniversary book that I try very hard to keep updated. It was a wedding gift and I think a good idea.
I normally do not want my picture taken because when we go to the cabin we do not shower every day and we wear lounging clothes (basically pjs) all day long.
We did our usual trip where we basically don't do anything. We took books and movies and watched shows recorded on the satellite, ate food, went fishing, rode the 4 wheeler, took naps, slept in, went for drives, etc. This is what we live for and need very much a few times a year. We went to the same restaurant we went to on our honeymoon and it was still good. We actually went there twice in 2 days.
We sure appreciate the grandma's for watching the little one while we get some much needed rest and relaxation.
Can't believe it's been 4 years! Feel like just yesterday we got married. I'm happy to say we love each other the same or more as 4 years ago. We've sure had our life challenges, but have been pretty lucky so far. Here's to many more anniversaries!!!
