We went to Pine Valley in July for a Miller family BBQ and to celebrate Diane's birthday (they were visiting from New Mexico). We went early so John and Brynlee could fish. John didn't have much luck until the very end, but Brynlee got a fish every single cast (because it was a plastic fish already attached to her pole :)
Fishing is one of John's passions so it's cute that he can share it with his daughter. She loooooves her princess fishing pole and will play with it for hours if we let her. It rained a little off and on during the day, but the weather was pretty much perfect.
I didn't get any pictures of the BBQ, but we had a good time as usual and enjoyed delicious food.
